Charity concert “Schools for Victory” to feature Fiņķis, Carnival Youth, Kautkaili and other beloved musicians

On February 19, at the Angārs concert hall in Riga (Tallinas iela 10–1), starting at 6:30 PM, the charity concert of the initiative “Schools for Victory” will take place in support of Ukraine. The performers will include Carnival Youth, Fiņķis, Patriša, Kautkaili, and Bel Tempo.
This year marks the fourth time the annual charity campaign “Schools for Victory” is being held, during which students from more than 100 schools across Latvia collect donations for soldiers of the Ukrainian army. As before, the campaign is carried out in cooperation with the charitable organization “Tavi draugi,” which sorts the students’ donations and gradually delivers them to soldiers on the front line.
Following the initiative of Latvian students, the campaign has this year united 11 European countries. Parallel donation drives and themed events will take place across the Baltic States, the Netherlands, France, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Belgium, and the Czech Republic.
The “Schools for Victory” charity concert will bring together campaign participants from all over Latvia, and all supporters of Ukraine are also invited to attend. The number of places is limited. Tickets are available in advance at Bezrindas.lv here; the ticket price is 15 euros. On the day of the concert, tickets in exchange for a donation can be purchased at the entrance to the Angārs concert hall (price: 20 euros). All proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Ukrainian support projects of the organization “Tavi draugi.”
