Let’s support the primary school – development center in Pelči!
Viduskurzeme Primary School – Development Center urgently needs an 8-seat minibus to transport children and young people with special needs to internships, classes, competitions, and other events outside the school.
Practical experience in a real work environment is especially important for anyone learning a profession—companies provide young people with opportunities both to learn and to work. Internship placements vary: forestry work, carpentry, catering establishments, flower shops, and other businesses.
The current transport will soon no longer be usable, which will reduce students’ opportunities to learn and integrate into society. Public transport from Pelči is limited—it is often not possible to reach the required destination, and students are not always able to navigate independently or reach their destination safely without adult supervision.
Goal: raise €7,500 (we would also welcome an offer from a minibus owner to donate such a vehicle)
Every contribution brings us one step closer to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to live a полноцен life and become as independent members of society as possible. We believe that together we can give them this opportunity!
